Here are some examples of topics we can cover: Production & Manufacturing: Understanding work instructions, explaining machine breakdowns, describing production processes, understanding safety instructions, naming parts and tools, reporting technical problems. Logistics & Warehousing: Understanding specialist vocabulary related to goods and warehousing, discussing deliveries and orders, coordinating loading and unloading, reporting delivery issues, asking for instructions, discussing delivery dates and documents. Transport & Drivers: Discussing routes and deliveries, communicating with the company, clarifying documents and delivery notes, reporting vehicle problems, asking for directions, preparing for the German driving theory test. Everyday Life in Germany: Making appointments, communicating at doctors’ surgeries, banks and public authorities, and handling everyday situations in German. This results in a language programme tailored to your company’s actual needs, your employees’ responsibilities and their individual levels of German — rather than a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
